Who we are

This website, vibeckone.com, is operated by VIBECK LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("VIBECK", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us when you join the early-access list:

• your email address (required),
• your first name (optional),
• the date and time you signed up and your consent to receive updates,
• the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.

We don't sell products on this website and we don't collect payment details.

Why we use it

We use your details only to send you early-access news about VIBECK, such as our launch date. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Who processes it

The site and the early-access list are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes data on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. If we later use an email service to send updates, it will process your email address on our behalf. We never sell or rent your personal data.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 12 months after our product launch unless you choose to stay in touch.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including in the European Union under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

International transfers

VIBECK LLC is based in the United States and our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards for these transfers.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll tell people on the early-access list.
